A bill to amend the act of July 29, 1970 (Public Law 91-358).

Directs the chief judge of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals to summon annually for a conference the active associate justices of the court, the judge of the Superior Court, members of the District of Columbia Bar, and other members of the legal profession for advice on the improvement of the administration of justice in the District of Columbia.
