A bill to amend the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974 by establishing a Legislative Classification System within the Congressional Budget Office.

Establishes a legislative classification system, pursuant to the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974, within the Congressional Budget Office to supply the information needs of the Congress by cross-referencing the pertinent data with respect to Federal programs and expenditures.

Abolishes the Legislative Classification Office of the House of Representatives.
