A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code in order to provide for an annual investigation by the Administrator into the cost of travel by veterans to Veterans' Administration facilities and to set rates therefor.

Provides for an annual investigation by the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs into the cost of travel by veterans to Veterans' Administration facilities. Requires the Administrator to report annually to the Committees on Veterans' Affairs of the House of Representatives and the Senate on the allowance rate authorized and the basis upon which it is determined. (Amends 38 U.S.C. 111)
