Revises the method of computing military retired pay by permitting persons recalled to active duty after October 1, 1963, who were released from active duty before October 1, 1976, after having served continuously on active duty for at least two years, to use the rates of basic pay in effect at the time of that release from active duty in recomputing their retired pay.
Provides that no person will receive less retired or retained pay because of the enactment of this Act.
