A bill to amend title 38 of the United States Code to provide that certain veterans who were prisoners of war shall be deemed to have a service-connected disability of 50 percent.

Provides that eligible veterans who were prisoners of war shall be deemed to have a service connected disability of 50 percent.

Defines "prisoner of war" as any veteran who while on active duty was held for more than six months during World War II or the Korean conflict. (Adds 38 U.S.C. 361).
