A bill to include inspectors of the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, the U.S. Customs Service, and the Canal Zone Customs Service within the provisions of section 8336(c) of title 5, United States Code, relating to the retirement of certain employees engaged in hazardous occupations, and for other purposes.
