A bill to amend the Clayton Act to prohibit restraints of trade in the transportation of petroleum, products of petroleum refining, and natural gas, and for other purposes.
Oil and Gas Transportation Competition Act - Makes it unlawful, after December 31, 1977, for any corporation or association to transport by pipeline any petroleum, petroleum product, or natural gas which it owns or controls, or has owned, controlled, produced, or refined.
Requires each corporation or association which transports by pipeline or related facility any petroleum, product of petroleum refining, or natural gas, not later the December 31, 1976, to submit to the Federal Trade Commission plans for compliance with this Act.
