Revises the Act relating to the Lumbee Indians of North Carolina to require any Indian who resides in Robeson or an adjoining county of North Carolina who has reached the age of eighteen, and who does not desire to be designated as a Lumbee Indian of North Carolina, to so elect by notifying the Secretary of the Interior by January 31, 1975.
