A bill to amend the National School Lunch Act to provide that the Secretary of Agriculture shall buy beef and beef products for distribution among the States and schools and service institutions participating in food service programs during fiscal years 1975 and 1976.

Provides, under the National School Lunch Act, that during fiscal years 1975 and 1976, the Secretary of Agriculture shall purchase beef and beef products on the open market, at prices not in excess of market prices, to be distributed among the States, and schools, and service institutions taking part in the food service programs under the National School Lunch Act and the Child Nutrition Act.

Directs the Secretary to spend $30,000,000 for such purposes in fiscal year 1975 and authorizes to be appropriated $100,000,000 for such purposes in fiscal year 1976. States that beef and beef products purchased by the Secretary under this Act shall be grown and produced in the United States.
