A bill to repeal that portion of section 1 of the act of September 1, 1916, authorizing the enforcement of traffic regulations for MacArthur Boulevard.

Repeals that portion of the Act entitled "Washington Aqueduct" which authorizes the Chief of Engineers to enforce traffic regulations in the District of Columbia for the protection of the Washington Aqueduct and Filtration Plants and their accessiories, including MacArthur Boulevard.
