A bill to extend the program of emergency unemployment compensation under the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1974 for an additional 13 weeks.

Doubles the amount which States are required to put into the emergency compensation account established for an unemployed individual pursuant to the Emergency Unemployment Compensation Act of 1974.

Extends the emergency benefits period for unemployment compensation to 52 weeks.

Extends the emergency unemployment compensation program for one year.
