A bill to provide for the payment by the Federal Government of health insurance premiums on behalf of unemployed individuals.

Directs the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to pay the health insurance premiums of unemployed individuals entitled to weekly benefits under a State or Federal unemployment compensation law, if such individual had health insurance at the time he became eligible for unemployment benefits.

Authorizes appropriations necessary to carry out the Act.
