A bill to amend the National Labor Relations Act to permit certain labor organizations to be certified by the National Labor Relations Board as representatives of individuals employed as guards.

Removes the prohibition against labor organizations being certified by the National Labor Relations Board as the representative of employees in a bargaining unit of guards if such organization admits to membership, or is affiliated directly or indirectly with an organization which admits to membership, employees other than guards.
