Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to reimburse U.S. citizens or individuals admitted to the United States for permanent residence for expenses incurred for treatment of injuries suffered by them that are directly attributable to the explosions of the atomic bombs on Hiroshima and Nagasaki, Japan, in August 1945 and the radioactive fallout from those explosions.
States that nothing shall be appropriated under this Act for any part of such expenses if the individual received compensation from insurance or any other source for such part.
