A bill to amend section 3303 (f) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 with respect to the payment of unemployment taxes by certain nonprofit organizations.

Provides that the election with respect to the payment of unemployment taxes by nonprofit organizations (presently available only if available under State law) shall be available as of April 1, 1972.
