A bill to amend title 18 of the United States Code to prohibit any person to travel in or use any instrumentality of interstate commerce to acquire a purported title to a stolen automobile.

Makes it a crime to travel in or use any instrumentality of interstate commerce to acquire a purported title to a stolen automobile.

Provides that violators of this Act shall be fined not more than $5,000 or imprisoned not more than five years, or both. (Adds 18 U.S.C. 2313(b))
