A bill to amend title II of the Social Security Act to make it clear that an individual who loses his or her entitlement to child's insurance benefits by reason of marriage may again become entitled to such benefits if divorced (while still otherwise entitled) before attaining age 22.

Provides that an individual who loses his or her entitlement to child's insurance benefits under title II (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance) by reason of marriage may again become entitled to such benefits if divorced (while still otherwise entitled) before attaining age 22.
