Federal Revenue Sharing Extension Act - Extends the Federal revenue sharing program established pursuant to the State and Local Fiscal Assistance Act of 1972 through fiscal year 1986, and periodically increases the amounts returned to States and local governments under such program.
Establishes a procedure for publicity and citizen comment on the planned use of revenue shraring funds by State and local governments.
