Provides that whenever there is a general increase in social security benefits under the Social Security Act there will be a corresponding increase in the standard of need used to determine eligibility for aid or assistance under State plans approved under titles I, X, XIV, XVI, and XIX of such Act (Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance; Aid to the Blind; Aid to the Permanently and Totally Disabled; Aid to the Aged, Blind, or Disabled; Aid and Medical Assistance for the Aged; and Grants for Medical Assistance Programs, respectively).
