A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to allow handicapped individuals a deduction for certain commuting expenses.

Allows handicapped individuals a deduction from adjusted gross income under the Internal Revenue Code for expenses paid or incurred by such person in commuting to and from his principal place of employment.
