A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide an additional income tax exemption where a taxpayer, his spouse, or any dependent of the taxpayer is handicapped.

Provides an additional personal income tax exemption of $750 under the Internal Revenue Code where a taxpayer, his spouse, or any dependent of the taxpayer is handicapped.

Defines the term "handicapped" for the purposes of this Act.
