A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide that the tax on the amounts paid for communication services shall not apply to the amount of the State and local taxes paid for such services.

Provides that, in determining the amounts paid for communication services under the Internal Revenue Code, there shall not be included in the amount of any State and local taxes paid for such services, if the amount of such tax is separately stated in the bill.
