A bill to authorize the disposal of cadmium from the national stockpile and the supplemental stockpile.

Authorizes the Administrator of the General Services Administration to dispose of, under specified circumstances, approximately 1,553,500 pounds of cadmium from the national stockpile established pursuant to the Critical Materials Stockpile Act.
