A bill to provide price support for milk at not less than 90 per centum of the parity price, and to provide that such price support shall be adjusted quarterly.

Provides price support for milk, under the Agricultural Act of 1949, at not less than 90 percent of the parity price therefore, beginning on the date of enactment and ending on March 31, 1977.

Directs the Secretary of Agriculture to adjust the parity price at the beginning of each quarter to reflect the change in the prices paid by farmers for production, items interest, taxes and wages in the preceeding quarter.
