A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide an individual tax credit for disaster evacuation expenses.

Provides an individual tax credit under the Internal Revenue Code for disaster evacuation expenses required by a natural disaster or threat of natural disaster. Limits such credit to $200 to each such disaster requiring evacuation.
