Continues the annual credit to the Railroad Retirement Account and the Railroad Retirement Supplemental Account of the taxes collected under the Railroad Retirement Tax Act.
Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to provide for the expenses of the Railroad Retirement Board administering the Railroad Retirement Act of 1974.
