Directs the Commodity Exchange Commission to revoke the registration of any futures commission merchant, associate of any futures commission merchant, commodity pool operator, or floor broker who accepts any order for the purchase or sale of any commodity for future delivery on any contract market from any person who has been found in violation of specified provisions of the Commodity Exchange Act, or who, himself, is a person who has been found in such violation.
Requires persons selling commodities for export to inform the Commission, within 48 hours after such sale, of specified items concerning such sale, including the quantity of the commodity sold and the name of the buyer and the country or countries to which the commodity is to be shipped.
