Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to designate the right-of-way for a parkway, generally following the existing Beartooth Highway, in Montana. Designates such parkway as the James E. Murray Memorial Parkway.
Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
