A bill to amend the Social Security Act to provide that future increases in retirement or disability benefits under Federal programs shall not be taken into consideration in determining a person's need for aid or assistance under any of the Federal-State public assistance programs.

Provides that future increases in retirement or disability benefits under title II (Old-Age, Survivors's, and Disability Insurance) of the Social Security Act shall not be taken into account in determining an individual's eligibility for aid or assistance under any of the Federal-State public assistance programs.
