Authorizes and directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to construct a Veterans' Administration hospital in Brevard County, Florida. Provides that such hospital shall be a five hundred-bed general medical, surgical and psychiatric hospital. Authorizes the appropriation of such as are necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
