A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to aid certain veterans who, due to complications of a service-connected disability, are required to terminate their programs of education during a school term.

Provides that eligible veterans who, due to complications of a service-connected disability, are required to terminate their programs of education during a school term, shall not have such school period charged against their entitlement. Provides that such veterans shall not be required to make reimbursement for benefits paid to them for such school period.
