A bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to extend the period of time during which seriously disabled veterans may be afforded vocational rehabilitation training.

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to extend the period of time during which seriously disabled veterans may be afforded vocational rehabilitation training. States that such extension shall be for such periods of time as are deemed by the Administrator to be appropriate based on the veteran's disability and need for rehabilitation.
