A bill to provide for the monthly publication of a consumer price index for the aged and other social security beneficiaries, which shall be used in the provision of the cost-of-living benefit increases authorized by title II of Social Security Act.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of Labor to prepare a "Consumer Price Index for the Aged and Other Social Security Beneficiaries". Directs that such publication be used in determining cost-of-living benefit increases for those receiving assistance under title II (Federal Old-Age, Survivors, and Disability Insurance of the Social Security Act.
