A bill to terminate the Airlines Mutual Aid Agreement.

Provides, under the Federal Aviation Act, for the termination of the Airlines Mutual Aid Agreement on the ground that such agreement is adverse to the public interest. States that the effective date of this Act is January 1, 1976.
