A bill to amend the Internal Revenue Code of 1954 to provide that condominium owners' or homeowners' associations will not be taxed on receipt of membership income.

Provides that nonprofit condominium owners' or homeowners' associations will not be taxed under the Internal Revenue Code on receipt of membership income which does not insure to the benefit of any individual member or non-member.
