A bill to authorize the conveyance of certain lands of the United States to the city of Lawton, Okla., to develop for public use as an outdoor recreation complex.

Authorizes and directs the Secretary of the Interior to convey, upon payment of $71,733 specified property comprising approximately 890.46 acres to the city of Lawton, Okalohoma, for development for public use as an outdoor recreation complex.

Stipulates that no such conveyance shall be made unless prior to such conveyance the city of Lawton, Oklahoma, (1) offers to lease to Cameron University real property suitable for use in the university agricultural education program, and (2) conveys without compensation to the Kiowa, Comanche, and Apache Indian Tribes of Oklahoma, all right of the city of Lawton to specified real property comprising approximately 259.72 acres.
