A bill to provide survivorship benefits for the families of certain severely disabled veterans.

Directs the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide survivorship benefits under the Survivor Benefit Plan of the Armed Forces for the families of veterans who have a total disability which is permanent in nature resulting from a service-connected disability.

Authorizes appropriations for such purposes.
