National Insurance Development Act - Authorizes a two-year extension, until April 30, 1977, of the federally-assisted riot and crime insurance programs under the National Housing Act.
Authorizes continuation of existing crime insurance coverage until April 30, 1982, or as soon thereafter as possible, a plan for the liquidation and termination of such insurance programs.
