A bill to amend the Federal Food Stamp Act to prohibit any increase in the portion of a household's income that may be charged for food stamps under such act in the case of any household whose members are all 60 years of age or older or in the case of any household in which over one-half of the income is provided by members 60 years of age or older.

Prohibits any increase in the portion of a household's income that may be charged for food stamps under the Food Stamp Act in the case of any household whose members are all sixty years of age or older or int the case of any household in which over one-half of the income is provide by members sixty years of age or older extends the period during which supplemental Security Income recipients including elderly persons are ineligible for food coupons.
