Authorizes the Secretary of Agriculture to convey specified lands in the Sierra National Forest, California, to the Madera Cemetery District.

Conditions such conveyance on payment for the tract by the District, within one year after the enactment of this Act, at a price to be fixed by the Secretary through appraisal or otherwise, after he takes into consideration the purpose for which the lands are to be used.
