A bill to amend the act entitled "An Act to Establish a Contiguous Fishery Zone Beyond the Territorial Sea of the United States," approved October 14, 1966.

Extends the contiguous fishery zone beyond the territorial sea of the United States from nine nautical miles to either two hundred nautical miles or to a point corresponding to a depth of five hundred and fifty meters, whichever alternative produces the greater breadth.
