A bill to change the minimum age qualification for serving as a juror in Federal courts from 21 years of age to 18 years of age.

Changes the minimum age qualification for serving as a juror in Federal court from twenty-one years of age to eighteen years of age. Stipulate that this Act shall not apply to any jury panel selected or serving on the effective date of this Act. (Amends 28 U.S.C. 1865(b) (1))
