A bill to amend title 23 of the United States Code to add 320 miles to the Interstate System and provide for the inclusion of critical north-south highway corridor.

Provides for the addition of 320 miles to the Federal Highway Interstate System and for the inclusion of a critical north-south highway corridor between Buffalo, New York, and Morgantown, West Virginia.

Authorizes appropriations of $534,000,000 from the Highway Trust Fund to carry out the provisions of this Act.
