A bill to grant a Federal charter to the American Political Items Collectors, Incorporated.

Creates a body corporate by the name of "American Political Items Collectors Incorporated": (1) to encourage the collection, preservation, and study of Political Americana, and all types of items pertaining to the election of the President and other public officials of the United States; (2) to encourage research relating to the American political process, and to catalog artifacts; and (3) to encourage all members to work closely with historical societies, museums, and other organizations which have similar interests in Political Americana, so that Political Americana may attain its rightful place in our American heritage.

Enumerates the powers of the corporation.
