A bill to amend the older Americans Act of 1965 to provide that the Secretary of Agriculture shall buy beef and beef products for donation to nutritional programs for the elderly during fiscal years 1975 and 1976.

Provides that the Secretary of Agriculture shall buy beef and beef products for donation to nutritional programs for the elderly during fiscal years 1975 and 1976 under the Older Americans Act. Requires that during fiscal year 1975 the Secretary shall use $8,000,000 for such purposes out of funds already appropriated. Authorizes appropriations of $10,000,000 for fiscal year 1976 to carry out the program authorized by this Act.
