A bill to amend section 1681 (b) of title 38, United States Code, to provide for payment of the educational assistance allowance in certain cases where a veteran transfers from one approved educational institution to another educational institution.

Authorizes the Administrator of Veterans' Affairs to provide for the payment of educational assistance allowance in cases where a veteran, pursuing a course leading to a standard college degree, transfer from one approved educational institution to another educational institution.
