A bill to amend title I of Public Law 874, 81st Congress, to provide financial assistance to local educational agencies for the education of children of migrant agricultural employees.

Directs the Commissioner of Education to make payments to local educational agencies for establishing or improving educational programs for children of migrant agricultural employees. Directs the Commissioner to determine the full-time equivalent of the estimated number of such children who resided part time in the school district of such agency for the purpose of computing the amount of payments.

Authorizes to be appropriated for each fiscal year such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
