Provides that the penalties under Federal law shall be the same for specified crimes against Indians in the Indian territory as are prescribed for crimes when the victim is a non-Indian.
Eliminates State definitions of the offenses of rape, assault with intent to commit rape, burgarly, assault with a dangerous weapon, assault resulting in serious bodily injury, and incest in regard to Indians charged with committing such offenses in a State.
