A bill to amend the Food Stamp Act of 1964 to permit households to use food stamps to purchase seeds, plants and fertilizer from retail stores engaged primarily in the sale of seed and feed.

Permits households receiving food stamps under the Food Stamp Act to use such stamps for the purchase of seed, plants, and fertilizer from retail stores which are engaged primarily in the sale of seeds and feed for livestock and poultry. (Amends 7 U.S.C. 2012(f))
