A bill to amend section 131 of title 13, United States Code, to provide for the taking of censuses of manufacturers, of mineral industries, and of other businesses, for congressional approval of the content of questionnaires used in the taking of such censuses.

Provides for the taking of censuses of manufacturers, of mineral industries, and of other specified businesses beginning in the year 1978 and every five years thereafter. Authorizes Congress to notify the Secretary of Commerce of its disapproval of the content of questionnaries used in the taking of such censuses. (Amends 13 U.S.C. 131)
